Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini each read their own rules, skills, hooks and MCP servers, from folders all over your machine. Klosti maps all of it, shows what each agent sees in each project, and tells you where your instructions contradict each other.

In the myth, Theseus walks into the labyrinth at Knossos holding a ball of thread from Ariadne. He unwinds it as he goes, and follows it back out.
Your agent setup is a labyrinth of its own. A global CLAUDE.md, an AGENTS.md in every repo, Cursor rules, skills copied in from three places, plugins that bring their own hooks. Each file made sense the day you wrote it. Together, it's hard to say which instruction wins.
Klosti is the thread. It follows every file each agent loads, in the order it loads them, so you can find your way back out.
What it shows
Every turn of the maze, on one page
What each agent sees, per project
Pick an agent and a folder. Klosti lists the rule files that load there in order, the skills the agent can reach for, the hooks that will run and the MCP servers it can call.
Clashes, ranked
Duplicate skills, rules that say opposite things, skill lists too long for the context window. Each finding says what happens today and what you can do, sorted into Act on these, Worth checking and For your information. Claude can review the overlaps, and only rechecks what changed.
Fixes you can undo
Accept a fix and Klosti edits the file in place. Every edit is backed up first, and one click puts it back.
Notices when things change
The Mac app lives in your menu bar and rescans when your skill or plugin folders change, and every 3 hours. A timeline keeps your fixes, new installs and edits made by hand.

Two rule files disagree about exports
Your global rules ask for named exports. The project rules in web/ ask for default exports on pages. Claude Code loads both there, so it gets both instructions and has to guess.
~/side-projects/web/CLAUDE.md
- Export every page component as default.
- Export page components as default (Next.js requires it). Everything else uses named exports.
An example finding, as it appears in the app.
